  • We take down your information over the phone, create your Trust Package and any deeds and/or other funding documents, show up at your location with a mobile notary, get your documents notarized, and record any deeds at the local county recorder's office, all within 24 hours.

**Price is all inclusive of notary fees, county, state recording fees, and travel expenses. Prices may vary for this service beyond Southern California. Available in all 50 states.

* This is our phone meeting price. If client wishes to meet face-to-face at one of our meeting locations or their home, the following prices apply: Living Trust package $1,995. Will Package $1,795. Special Needs Trust $1,995. Deed Transfer $695. So we encourage the use of our phone meeting at the affordable price. If you can afford our face-to-face price, you can probably afford to hire an attorney to create your estate planning documents.
